I am so gratefull that I heard back from you. I Cannot live without your Natures Simple Solution! I have a serious Rectal Prolapse; and, resulting in embarrassing situations. I travel to Mexico; and, last trip deep in Mexico with not toilet paper and no water (hot or cold) -- was in an extreme situation of uncontrolled bowel retention. Found a restroom too late -- and, only had my bottle of Natures Simple Solution in my bag -- yet, with my underwear as a cloth and your product -- I came out smelling like a rose (a lemon)!
